CEO & Co-Founder
Michael brings a dynamic blend of expertise to the table. With a foundational 12-year tenure in software development, he transitioned into Sales and Business Development, specializing in emerging technologies. OwnerChip marks his second venture as a co-founder. Prior to this, he spearheaded the Blockchain Competence Center for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland at EY (Ernst & Young Consulting)
Ferdinand Regner
Chief Technology Officer, Blockchain Architect
Ferdinand, with a Master's degree in Finance and Information Management from the Technical University of Munich, is recognized for his scholarly contributions to the blockchain and NFT domains through several scientific papers. His multifaceted career spans roles in blockchain and web development, product management, entrepreneurship, venture capital analysis, and business development, reflecting a diverse and comprehensive skill set in the tech and finance industries.
Anna Todesca
Business & Product Development
Anna brings a global perspective shaped by her Master’s in Impact Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Nova School of Business and Economics and professional experiences across Europe and South America. With a background in project management and organizational change, she thrives in dynamic environments, fostering innovation and creating meaningful impact.
Valentina Focke
Product Owner & Project Manager
Valentina plays a key role in shaping OwnerChip’s product and driving project execution. With a strong background in business development, communications, and UX, she bridges strategy and operations — turning ideas into working solutions. She leads cross-functional teams, aligns stakeholders, and keeps projects running smoothly, always with the end-user in mind. Her ability to connect the dots while managing complexity makes her a vital force behind OwnerChip’s growth.

Lambert, having previously built one of Austria’s Web3.0 landmarks as a project lead, brings invaluable experience in both the field of operations and the startup journey. A true generalist with a passion for creating great products, whether it’s writing code or writing copy - He’s your guy.
